I have for a long time been extracting employee details from the company records and have now moved on to the census of 1911 - 1901 - and 1891 . What I have noticed is a lack of female employees who were employed during WW 1 and WW 2 - does anyone have any details they would share with me - details I am looking for are forenames , maiden surname , married surname ,approx year of birth and approx dates of starting and finishing . It is my intention to revise the records already lodged with Leics County Records Office and Leic and Rutland family history society .
