Help! Can anyone help please? My great grandmother Eliza FLAVELL was a scullery maid in the home of Samuel Clowes and his wife Adelaide OKEOVER according to the 1871 index. Can anyone tell me where Eaves Street is in Woodhouse, or has the house a name? Has anyone any more information on Samuel CLOWES whose father, I believe, was MP for Leicester.
