Is this the Phoebe who was married in Loughborough? Leicestershire is a very big county so it helps to narrow the location down somewhat? There is a likely looking entry for the baptism at Thorpe Acre and Dishley of a Phoebe TOMLINSON to a Francis TOMLINSON in 1780 on the I.G.I. T A & D is only a couple of miles to the NW of Loughborough town centre. I don't have T A & D records on CD or other form but someone on this list may??
