Hi Lyn, To supplement John's response, I have looked at what records are available via LDS films for Hinckley General Baptists, and the EYRE name doesn't appear, so you are probably pretty safe in discounting the General Baptists from the search. A major problem is that IGI coverage for Leicestershire is extremely patchy. However, there are a good few church registers for Hinckley filmed by the LDS, so you will be able to order the films and read them at your nearest LDS (Mormon) Family History Centre in Shropshire. (Check phone book under "Church of Latter Day Saints" for the library nearest to you, or on www.familysearch.org ). This link shows the different church records available for Hinckley.
