Glad to see lots of postings again. So.. I'm still looking for information on my g-g grandpa, George Millard Lemons and his wife Martha A. Clifford. George was born around 1850, Martha in 1854. They lived in Graveston Community, in or near Greene Co., TN, and raised 13 children. I ran across this much info in a book on Graveston Community in my local library and have some information on the children. Also have Martha's parents, Eli Orman Clifford of Henderson Co. TN and Susan Miles Priddy, but no dates or parents for her. My grandfather told me some of the family spelled the name Laymon and variations of Lemons, so I could be missing the boat somewhere.
