Am trying to get any information about the family and ancestry of: Alice Eudora Lemon Born: about 1861, Texas (from census) Married: 23 December, 1877, Greenwood, Arkansas to Thomas Nathan Mendenhall (1854-1924) Died: 6 March 1887, Los Angeles, California (measles & consumption, two months after coming to Los Angeles) She and Thomas had three children, one who died as a baby and is buried in Greenwood. The descendants of the other two are scattered throughout Southern California. She was supposed to have had a brother, Will, who lived in or around Greenwood also. And a sister (name unknown) who traveled out to Los Angeles after Dora's death to care for her children. "Dora" has been a mystery throughout my 20 years doing Genealogy.
