Still looking (and looking, and looking) for ANY information on ANDREAS LEHMANN and family, living in New York City by 1860. Andreas was married to Elizabeth (last name unknown, but I suspect she was wife #2) and had son Philipp, who was born around 1835 in "Grand Duchy of Hesse" according to his divorce papers from his wife, Sophia Hozl, in 1863. I believe that the family may have lived for a time in the Newark or Jersey City, New Jersey area. Lee Cognetta
