I am Cynthia Lemmon Foster. My ancestor was Robert Lemmon born in 1730 in Ireland. He came to the colonies in 1750's and his son James was a personal message boy for 'Uncle' George Washington. He had a son named Robert who had a son named Jackson Lemmon who had Hugh Arthur Lemmon who had Hugh Arthur Lemmon Jr, who had Jack Lemmon (my brother) It is one am and I am sure I left someone out, but that gives you a general idea of my line. My most pressing question is: Who came over from what parish in county Tyrone, Ireland with Robert.
