Don't want to negate your action, but this has already been decided upon, any mail you send them now will be returned to you with a response saying it has already been voted on and they are NOT going to impose per minute charges (at present, does not mean it would not come up again down the road), I also have been to their web site and their response to this was over 300,000 computer users...
