Can anyone help? Anna Lemmon(s)married Louis Killion(son of Captain M. A. and Gillia Ann Bagwell Killion) in Perry county, IL on 1 January 1891. I've only found one child from this marriage, so far. A Beulah Maude Killion, b. abt. 1899. Louis Killion died bef. March of 1900. In March of 1900 the following is found in Perry county, IL courthouse documents: Guardianship of Beulah was granted to James W. Lemmon in the county of Perry, IL on 5 March 1900. Witnessed by Marion Teague, J. A. Kieth and J. W. Lemmon. The child's mother took possession of Beulah two years later. John King, adm. of Captain M. A. Killion's estate, gave the child her portion of her father's inheritance. I'm hoping to make another trip to the Perry county, IL courthouse soon, but would like to speak to anyone who might be researching this family.
