I have been doing some experiments with RM and Legacy Geds and have found a way to export a ged from Legacy to RM correctly. I deleted the Divorced Event, put Divorced in the status box in the marriage info., then in the status date I added the date of divorce. I exported a ged to RM and it listed the divorce as a fact correctly. However, when I exported a ged of this data back to Legacy, it put it in Events divorced and description divorced. I need to find out how to keep it from showing up as a description. Lloyd
