    3. Sorry, I'm not understanding your question totally so will try to explain. I've been doing the GEDCOMs without the "Override Source Options" since the beginning.... around 2000. I have a couple of the original GEDCOMs with the information as that information was from a GEDCOM sent to me by someone else several years ago. I have added to my own files significantly over the years without realizing I had lost the information that I had entered from the GEDCOM that was sent to me. Yes, I lost some of my own text detail over the years as well but didn't realize it until recently. I will reenter it as I can & just do the best humanly possible to update the files. I'm disappointed to have lost the information entered as its a significant amount however I still have it... just not in *my* program. That alone is a major postive. :) Many thanks & hopefully I explained things more clearly.
