Elizabeth, If they are only in the database once, then they have been linked multiple times. As an example, Legacy should be showing multiple marriages for the folks all to the same person. The remedy is to unlink them until you have just one marriage. You also may have to unlink children in some cases. Legacy's Help File explains this procedure pretty well.
