Hi Dave, Since I didn't see anyone who answered this, I thought I'd give it a try. I was waiting to see if someone had a better idea than mine, as this has always frustrated me as well. What I do is make a report with one person as the starting point. You have to play around with it, as not all reports will go into text. Just click on the person you are starting with and go to reports and see which one suits, as you can preview them before saving. Hope this gives you an idea how to get started.
