I need to search my database for all entries that contain estimated dates. The date field will have the word "Est" in it. Is there any way to do a search for this data or must I go through my database one by one? Carolyn

Do a "Search > Search and Replace" based on "Dates-Birth" etc. using the word EST as the "Find What". and under "How to Find" click on "Anywhere in field" Then under "How to Replace" click on "Replace only found text with replacement text." unless you want to delete everything in that box. You can then edit as you go or do a mass replacement with a phrase of your choice or you can note each person by hand. Assuming your database is not 297,000 people like mine is LOL! Nelson Denton
