I am adding some new individuals and I notice that the User ID field is not being populated. Also, when I try to add a new son/daughter I get several error messages... this is one of them: Error getting next deleted MRIN. Error 3021: No current record. Would you like to TRY IT AGAIN? Another relates to a marriage ID.... I shut down Legacy and restarted it, but the same thing is happening. Does anyone know what I need to do to get it to create the User IDs again?

Deb, For the Error 3021, please go to our website at http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp > Solutions by Error Number, where you'll find a solution to this error message. The user ID isn't populated automatically. You can go to Options > Customize > Other and select to "Fill all ID fields" and then click on the Apply button to add the RIN to all individuals or to only blank fields. Thanks for using Legacy.
