    3. Hi listers, Thanks to everyone who sent ideas. I've spent another fruitless day trying to remedy the situation. I have tried all the remedies from Legacy help, but they don't work. Even though the program hurriedly gives the name and number of the person causing the particular problem, checking the person and his/her family finds nothing abnormal. Depending on who I start with, I can get a report on many of the same people to print and the people who were pointed out as the culprits on a previous aborted run print out with no problem. The same names come up over and over, but two separate couples who were "problems" in one report, printed out perfectly when I started from a different person in the same line. Maybe I should send my Family File to Legacy and let them fix it. I would love to learn what the problem is and how to fix it myself or avoid it in the future. Some more ideas please!! John Hunt.

    3. I think you need to delete the people causing problems & then reenter them. Chap Leon D. 3. Another thing is to try use the "Relationship Calculator" under "Tools" to see if people are related in more than one way. > Some more ideas please!! > John Hunt.
