I was having the same problem as everyone else. One of the error messages suggested that I needed to remove any old .exe files. I checked in my Legacy file and found a file called Legacy.exe. I deleted that file and then I double clicked on the new Legacy6setup.exe file and it loaded and worked just fine. I then made a new shortcut for Legacy on my desktop. Hope this helps someone.
