This applies to Legacy 6 Deluxe, but there may be a similar remedy for v5: ""We've recently changed our server and Ken's still trying to get the download to work right. In the meaning, please go to our website, select the Legacy menu item and then download. In Step 3 of the process, select "Download Full Setup". Thanks for using Legacy."
