I had Legacy 5.0 and upgraded to the Deluxe Edition from the Legacy website. I was given a customer number to unlock Legacy Deluxe and that worked well. Unfortunately, I recently had problems with my computer and had to reinstall Legacy 5.0 from my CD. I thought that all I had to do was just enter the customer number I was given last year and all would be fine again. However, I am not getting all the options that came with the 5.0 upgrade this time. I know that there is a 6.0 Deluxe and at this time do not want to upgrade (esp. if I have to pay again). I just want to get back the old Legacy 5.0 Deluxe Edition. Please tell me how to do this. GIS: It sounds like you have done everything correctly. I would guess you now have unlocked the Deluxe version ok, but when you reinstalled from the CD, all of the default settings/options that come with Legacy replaced your customized options. I would suggest you go to "Options", "Customize" and correct any options that may have been change with the reinstall. Chap Leon D.
