It doesn't remove the incorrect spelling from your Master Surname list. So next time you Start typing this same surname the incorrect spelling may come up instead of the correct one. If you don't want that spelling anywhere in your file then you now need to go to the Master Surname list, click on Options, and then Purge Unused.
