Don, I have no idea what's going on! Try uninstalling Legacy and Passage Express and then reinstalling them. Make sure you have all other programs shut down and your anti-virus and spyware scanner software disabled when you install Legacy. See if that helps. Thanks for using Legacy. It should show c:\Legacy\Legacy.exe. Let me know what you find. C:\Program Files\Legacy\Legacy.exe When Legacy 6.0 eventually opens, i.e. we stop cycling between those two pesky screens, clicking on Help->About Legacy->General tells me that I'm using Version 6.0.0.118, Build Date 7/12/2006, Customer Number 65-671-............... Passage Express can be opened at C:\Program Files\Passage Express\Passage.exe, and is version 2.3.0.0. Can I have done something so cunningly unexpected and stoopid when I first used Passage Express that Legacy 6.0 has somehow got corrupted? Hmmm Don

In my Downloaded Programs folder I have the following two files: PassageExpressLegacyFree.exe, of 41,400 KB dated 14/1/2007, 14/57 and Legacy6Setup.exe, of 27,953 KB, dated 25/12/2006, 20.29 Before I try what you suggested, a couple of questions: a. do I need to un-install either program before re-installing?, and b. is there any danger of losing my data files while un-installing or re-installing?
