I am looking for siblings of Ephraim Lee born 1755 in Catskill, NY. Ephraim may be the son of Peter Lee of E. Greenwich, RI but has not been confirmed. Ephraim's place of birth comes from the book "Three years with the Camanche" by Nelson Lee, Ephraim's grandson. The book was published by Oklahoma University Press in 1861. Ephraim later married Jerusha Palmer ( Palmer has not been confirmed) and lived in Brockville, Canada. I have no information on the birth or marriage place of Jerusha. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Through the internet I have been able to construct a possible direct line in my Lee branch, however, I have not confirmed those leads with primary documentation. The most likely line leading down to Ephraim is as follows: 1. Peter Lee (b.ca 1670-Mass.) and Anne Mosher (b. unk) married 1693. 2. John Lee,Sr. born 1691, RI married Jane Green 3. Peter Lee born 1727, E. Greenwich RI, wife Unknown 4. Ephraim Lee born 1755, Catskill on the Hudson, New York 5. Samuel Lee born 1778, in NY ("Samuel Lee and His Descendants" at the Crawford County Library in Bucyrus, Ohio. Most of the information up to Ephraim came from Charles Lee of Mansfield, Pennsylvania.
