I can't help you with your Dolly puzzle, but Clarke County GA rang a bell for me. My 2ggf, Burrell Lee, married my 2ggm, Lucinda Ramsey in Clarke Co. GA in 1832/3. Their marriage is listed in the marriage book for Clarke Co., and they moved within four or five years to Coosa Co. Alabama where their five daughters were born. I have no clues as to Burrell's lineage. We have Clarke Co. and the name Lee in common. It would be great if we could find more. Good luck to us both! Virginia Wilson
