All, Recently it has been asserted that Richard and Judith (Steptoe) LEE had twin sons, Kendall and Thomas LEE, born on 3 Dec. 1729. Can anyone substantiate this claim? Other research identifies daughters-- Mary*, Anne, Elizabeth*, Judith*, Letitia*, Lucy, Only son, Kendall* *In Richard's will. Anne and Lucy determined later to be daughters. In the probate of the will it was stated that there were seven (7) children. Of course, there were and are many claimants. The best work I have seen establishes Anne and Lucy. Anne was married before the will was written and Lucy was probably conceived and born after the will was written. No dates of birth for the children were given. Best regards, Hugh
