As with all good LEE tales, Nelson is purported related somehow to "HIM" (you know, Robert E. LEE) but I'm not counting on it. Nelson was b in PA, Lillie LONG was b in IL, Samuel Benjamin was b in MO, and they've been on the move ever since.
