PATCH living in Prattsburgh, NY during the 1880 census. William L. is listed as 27 years of age and Mary A. age 24 at the time. Both are said to have been born in NY and were all of their parents. William is listed as a Farmer as well with no children at the time. I'm hoping to locate someone from this family so that the album can be returned to family.
