I have a HEIGAN connection to the LEE family in Georgia. Please has anyone ever heard of these HEIGANS? As you may know many of Georgias records were burned-Birth-Death-Census. This makes finding any information just about impossible.I'm hoping that this unusual name may be the key. Thanks for your consideration.
