Edward had a son Jeremiah b. 1770 who had the children you listed: Winifred, Nancy, Esther, Hardy, Nicholas and Isaac who was b. 1805. Isaac married in 1827 to Polly Fail and the only child I see in the database (not necessarily the only child, mind you) was Elizabeth H. Whether your Sarah Elizabeth is a child of Isaac I cannot say, but at least you know the lineage if you can prove her connection to this family. Perhaps someone else on the list can help? Good luck!
