    3. I am going to try this again. I posted this request about a month ago and received some replys which I checked out and they didn't fit, plus I have also received more information, which may help. My g-grandmother received a post card in 190? from an A.O. LEE, the post card was addressed to "My Dear Brother's Sister" and that Mr. Lee was staying on a stock farm half way between Fairfax, MN and Franklin, but 1/2 mile closer to Fairfax. It is my cousins belief that Mr. Lee may have been confused with the translations from Norwegian to English of relationships, hence the strange salutation to my g-grandmother, he believes that Mr. Lee may have wanted to say "My Dear Brother's Wife". My g-grandmother was JOHANNE ELISE STENSRUD b. July 15, 1869 daughter of OLE OLSEN (BORUD) STENSRUD and INGEBORG KRISTIANSDTR. SKOG, in Vang, Norway. She married my g-grandfather Johan Christoffersen Vang on May 8, 1891. He was born out of wedlock on January 27, 1866, in Vang, the son of BERTHA LARSON and CHRISTOFFER KNUTSEN. My g-grandparents immigrated to the US around 1902, where their last name was changed from VANG to WANG, and settled first in Chicago and then in New Rockford, ND..later returning to Chicago where my g-grandfather died in 1919. What I am looking for is the connection to A. O. LEE. If anyone has any information, I would really appreciate hearing from them. I have contacted two LEE families in Minnesota, but we could find no connection. Thanks Marilyn
