As a follow-on to my previous post - please do not ask for lookups. Apparently Mrs. Lee just entered information as she found it. There appears to be no rhyme or reason to the entries in the index. It would take days to answer requests for lookups. The 5 volumes of index together are approx. 125 pages, 8.5 x 11" typed. If I can find the holder of the notebooks, and they are not pursuing the sale of this information, I would like their permission put it on the web for everyone's benefit.
