If my unborn child be a boy, the said tract is to be shared with him. To my wife: 1/4 of my personal estate for life or widowhood. If she marries, she is to have a child's part only. Estate is to be kept together till children are of age. Brother Major Charles Lee, friend Mr. Nicholas Martin, and my wife to be execs.
