    3. This gentleman was not kin or known to me, but was listed in my local newspaper today. I hope this info is useful to someone... John W. Lee John W. Lee passed away May 19, 2005 in his home in Wimberley with his devoted wife, Petesie Lee, at his side. He was born in Findlay, Ohio on October 19, 1924. Retired from the United States Air Force, John proudly served his country in three wars. Mr. Lee is survived by: his four children, Kay Lee, Lorrie Lee McCray and her husband Terry Jeunemann, John W. Lee and his wife Cissy, and Michael Lee and wife Sherry; along with his many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will also be missed by Petesie's children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elsie Lee. Upon their marriage in 1996, John and Petesie moved to the Wimberley Valley. Prior to his illness, he was active in Meals on Wheels, Hope Hospice, and was a Life Member of the VFW. Petesie would like to thank all of the wonderful family and friends who have helped her and John during his prolonged illness. She would especially like to acknowledge Von Hicks and Andre Smith, his most recent caregivers, the dedicated staff at Deer Creek of Wimberley, and all the Hope Hospice nurses and volunteers who made his final 4 months at home peaceful and comfortable. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, May 23, 2005, St. Mary's Catholic Church in Wimberley. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hope Hospice, 611 N.
