I am searching for information on Jesse Lee. He was born in NC ca 1775-1778. He was married to Catherine (unknown) also born in NC. The children that I know about are William G. Lee born in NC ca 1818. Stanford Lee born in NC ca 1825. Annis born NC ca 1808. John born TN ca 1829. All of these Lee's show up in the 1850 and 1860 census of Muhlenberg Co. KY. Jesse died in Muhlenberg Co Ky in 1861. His son William G.Lee married Martha Jane Foster in Muhlenberg Co. in 1842. She was born in NC the daughter of Richard and Lucy Foster. Living close to the above Lees was a John and Annas Lee. I beleive John was a brother to my Jesse Lee.
