On the back it says "Parky and wife" "Thats me on the end. Written below that in different ind and possibley different handwriting it says CR. Lee SCc3. Both men are in navy uniform. The picture appears to have been taken around the early 1940's. It was in my mother in laws belongings. It was taken at a bar called the Ritz. The folder defines the place it was taken in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. If this would be of interest to anyone I would gladly send it to them.
