Trying to find information on Elon Lee who is listed in the 1850 NY census as being 52 years of age, born in VT. Elon married Charlotte Chadwick before 1824, probably in NY. Their children were: Daniel, Stephen, Laura, (?) male, Solomon, Eli, Elizabeth, Maria, Camilla, William, Harriet, Mary. This family lived in Perrysburgh, Cattaraugus County, NY until 1850, but I can not find Elon in any other federal census after that. Elon's sons Solomon and William eventually ended up in South Dakota. Katherine
