Hi, Does anyone have information on the following family? William Lee Sr. b. abt 1750 in Virginia(Halifax County) md Sarah ----------- died bef 1830 in Va/Mo. Had the following children; Joseph(Joel) Lee md Orra Newman, Katharine Lee md. Daniel Jones, William Lee md. Polly Cassady, Nancy Lee md. Elijah Harris; Martha (Patsy) Lee md. William Watts; John Lee md. Sarah Owen; Elizabeth Lee md. Carson Guthrie. All of the children md. in Halifax County, except for Joel. John Lee md. Sarah Owen (my line) md. 7 Nov 1805 in Halifax County, Virginia, and moved to Missouri. They Had; Elizabeth md. Thomas Duson; Priscilla, md. John LEE; William md. Lucinda Switzler; Berry never married; Polly, nothing known; John md. Matilda Graham; Abraham md. Margaret Swope; Clark, nothing known; Richard, md. Mary Dobson; Catherine md. Rueben S. Johnson. Priscilla Lee md. John Lee 10 May 1827 Franklin, Howard County, Missouri. Who was this John? He died in the 1833 cholera epidemic. Priscilla, to the best of my knowledge was born about 1808, in either Patrick, Henry, or Hanover County, Virginia. She died before 1894, in Texas, probably Travis County, and her grave has not yet been located. John and Priscilla had the following children; Emmaline Lee md. James A. Swope; James Lee, md Mary E. Hawkins; John Lee never married; William M. Lee md. Martha Ann Jolly. If anyone has information on the parents of the old William Lee, or any of his children, or John Lee, or any of his children, please let me know. Would love to trade, have a lot of information.
