One was Stephen Lee son of Lewis Henry Lee born ca 1797-1805 and the other was Stephen Lee son of Braxton Lee who was born in 1811. They were first cousins as Lewis Henry and Braxton were brothers. Lewis died in the War of 1812 while in New Orleans. This family came from Goochland county, VA in 1796. their father was Stephen Lee and Ann Poore. Stephen's father was John James Lee and that is where the trail gets cold. we know from DNA records that our closest ancestor from that point is Henry Lee of Yorktown, VA Your Stephen is the first one mentioned above, the other one is my 3rd GGF Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
