Lee married Rebecca Gage Heath in 1835 in in Pennsylvania but it could have been Vermont or Connecticut. Stephen Samuel T Lee was born Oct. 1812 in Conn. and died aft. 1900 in Vestal, Broome, NY. He and Rebecca had two children, that I know of, Thompson Lee a son 1846-1883 born in Silver Lake, Susquehanna PA and Tounton Lee a girl b. 1834. Thompson married Alice Ida J Corson(1856-1887) & had one child Minnie May Lee 1881-1940. He also had a son Samuel b. 1875 mother unknown. Both children were born in Choconut, Susquehanna, PA. I do not know what happened to Samuel. Minnie was orphaned by six and was raised by the Corson Family in Vestal, NY. Minnie married Henry Clifton Ellis in NY. Samuel Lee her grandfather (b.1812) eventually joined Minnie in Vestal, NY which is where they both died. I am trying to find out who Stephen Samuel T Lee's parents were. He seems to use Samuel & Stephen interchangably in documents and lived most of his life in Choconut, Susqu! ehanna, PA. The Corsons, Ellis's, & Lees are buried in Vestal Center Cemetery right near the PA & NY border. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
