I am looking for any information on Myra(Mirah) Ballard. She is found in DeKalb Co. AL 1840 and 1850 census. She is listed as head of household and listed living with her are a Walter LEA/LEE age 20 1850 James LEA/LEE age 18 1850 then I find an Elizabeth BALLARD age 14 1850, Manerva BALLARD age 12 1850 and a Samuel BALLARD age 7 in 1850. Does anyone have any information on this Ballard family. Myra may have been a LEA/LEE before she married the Ballard I am not sure if she was married to a LEE/LEA or a daughter of a William LEE II. Some reports list her as a half sister to William LEE II and Ann Brock children. I am not sure if William had been married before of if she is an illigitament child.
