This is a first time posting to the Lee List. Please forgive me. I do not know the rules of this list and have not seen any postings since joining. (Rootsweb is experiencing growing pains). I have the Ballard List and Hite List. A question has been raised pertaining to the parentage of Philadelphia, which married William Ballard. (These are my ancestors and also many members of the Ballard List) There is some evidence that she (Philadelphia) was a Lee and other evidence that she was a Ludwell. Most evidence points to her being a Lee. Any family histories amongst this Lee List that would help us? Bibles?
