3. Marilyn; As a matter of fact, I live in Clarksville, Tn and do research sometimes at the Library there. I do regret however that in all my searches, I haven't been convinced that I'm rellated to any of the Montgomery Co Dycus' Certainly wish I could find a connection though. My line came from the area of Rutherford Co, NC I'm told from England and before that Holland. My line moved into the Hickman and Maury Co, Tn areas around 1808. So most of the locating I have been able to prove is in Maury or Lewis Co, Tn. My GGrandfather Dycus and his brother Edward moved from Maury Co to Madison Co and then on to Dyer Co, Tn around the turn of the century. I did have one brother of my GGrandfather who just totally disappeared after the 1880 census of Maury Co and possibly went to KY. His name was John L and he was married to Mary Durham of Maury Co. Well I don't want to completely bore you. Your John Dycus could have possibly been a sibling to my GGGGrandfather Edward who was the one who came into Hickman Co in 1808. I really don't know of a way to verify that though. I've been thru wills, estate settlements etc at the archives and haven't found anything yet to verify that Edward is my GGGGrandfather. Joshua was my GGGrandfather and that's the first one that I can positively say is mine. 3. Paula; My Henry Crider as far as I know did not live in Ohio. He was born in Philadelphia Co, Pa, Married in Campbell Co, Va to Permelia Lee, daughter of John and Sarah PRICE Lee, Moved to Pittsylvania Co, VA and indeed had a son Richard Henry Crider who would later serve as an older man in the Confederacy and request on his deathbed to be buried with his feet facing North so that on resurrection day, he could rise and kick a yankee's rearend. He never got over seeing 2 of his sons killed the same day near Ezra Church in the Battle of Atlanta. Henry Crider followed his son Richard to Carroll Co, Tn and married again after Permelia died but her name wasn't Mary. It was Frances Webb who was about half his age. Henry is buried in Carroll Co and died in 1853 David Dycus _____________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail. 3. Hi Lee Researchers, I am a descendant of some of the Lee's of Barry co. My ggg-grandfather was Ephraim Lee of Jackson Co, Tennesee who moved to Barry co with his sons and daughters, Grisham, Brooks, Henry, George Lilburn, Lucinda, and Naomi about 1830. I know that some of Ephraim's other relatives from Jackson co. also moved to Barry co. Also, some stayed while my bunch moved to Navarro Co, Texas in 1845-6. If you believe that you are related to this set of Lee's please advise and I will exchanged information with you. Larry Roderick

    3. Hi Darolyn. There are many places online where you can see information about the famous General's line and other Lee families, too. One such site is Lee House at Lee House . Scroll down to the bottom where it says Family Pages and select Richard (Robert E. Lee's line). On the next page that appears, click OnLine FGS Data and you'll get a large outline descendant tree of Richard Lee's descendants which include Robert E. Lee his siblings and many others. Hope you find what you need! Lorien Gunsallus
