There are records online which claim that Eugene married a Cath. McCaffery, and that his brother John Lawrence married said Florence Longpré. However, original record in Assumption Church in N. Bay, cleary shows the marriage of Eugene to the Longpré woman. On the same day, his brother Lawrence was batized in same church. There are some hard to read remarks by the priest on both records. The parents of these brothers are John Henry Leduc & Charlotte Hales. How Cath. McCaffery fits into this, I cannot figure.
