Did you mean that Antoine was born in RI - that wouldn't make sense. I would like to find a record of my great grandmother's birth in Canada and some record of her mother's death (Philomene). I think my next step is to go to the Drouin books at the French Canadian genealogical library in CT to see if I can at least trace back from these names you gave me & read the church records for the 1859 marriage.
