I see in advertisements for the Roots Magic software that the pedigree charts on the computer screen are in different colors according to the grandparents lineage for the main person. How does this work? Can you assign colors or are they permenantly set up in the software? Do the colors print out on the charts for the various branches? Can you only assign four colors or can there be more? I am looking for information as I know I may have to update to another program from PAF. There are 14 colors to choose from. You get to assign colors to whomever you please. You can assign to ancestors of X, descendants of X, or pick individuals from a list to identify gender, temple ordinances not completed, facts without sources, proved, not proved, etc. ----- Original Message ----- From: Mary S.
