Hi. I have been working so much on NFS I haven't visited Ancestry.com for quite a while. Yesterday I was helping a ward member in her home who has bought a subscription to ancestry. She has found an extensive well documented family tree in the family tree section but we could not figure out how to download it. Their help section was of no use, as it gave directions using a "my trees" part of the website that no longer seems to exist. Apparently they have not kept their help section up with their website changes. Can anyone help me with how to download this? Doris Bateman
