Carol: By all means-- Do it! I suggest that they start with the friend and make sure that each person has a source citation of, at least, the friend or other family member. Please follow that 95 year rule and the 110 year rules. Do NOT submit large number or ordinances at once and be 'proactive' in seeing that the ordinances get done.
