    3. If there are a non-member generation (parent) of the member - then the member need to ask permission before doing the work.     3. nope, I found out if it is your own direct line, permission is not needed unless spouse is living, that is how I did work for both of my grandmothers a year after their deaths. Both grandfathers died years earlier. Different thing if it is siblings of grandparents.
