I was looking through the Help center last night and I remember seeing something on this subject, that if there is pending temple work for a close family member born within the past 95 years which has not received permission from the closest living relative to be done by someone else, to call Salt Lake. I'll have to see if I can find it again. Hopefully the mother wasn't more than 95 years old when she passed away.     3. Might I suggest that you "trick" the system.. if need be. Enter an earlier death date, so the system will accept it... reserve the work, and then dispute yourself on the death date.. correct it with a simple explanation.
