Alice, don't try to separate that record because I already did and had a good look at the separated 2 records to realize there's no way to handle it, hence my recommendation to you to use "dispute relationship" feature for the child to tag the wrong parents.     3. When you say "tag," do you mean dispute his relationship to his *grand*parents? When I pull up John, he is only showing one set of parents. When I pull up Samuel, there are two John Peter's showing as a child of Samuel & Amey. I had already disputed the one, but now there are two so should I dispute that one as well, or merge them first? I'm getting more confused the more I work with this family.
